Once you have chosen your puppy, you will be sent a contact within 48 hours. You must review and sign the contract within 48 hours of receiving it. Once signed, a deposit must be placed to hold your reservation.
Yes, the deposit goes towards the cost of the puppy and is deducted from the final amount that is due at pick up.
Puppies can go to their new homes if you are not purchasing a puppy training package at 8 weeks. Sometimes we will hold puppies back if they are smaller or not yet ready for transport (generally 9-10 weeks).
Our puppies come with a Health certificate, Microchipped and puppy pack that contains numerous items, including; dog carrier, bed, blanket, toys, feeding and travel bowl, potty pads, food etc.
If you would like to not have your dog microchipped, please let us know! We do this to ensure the safety of all of our puppies. All microchips come registered for life.
We take our Frenchie puppies on flights as carry-ons and hand deliver them to their new owners at their nearest major airport! If you are not able to come to our home to pick up your new puppy, this is the least stressful means of transportation because he/she will be pampered in the climate controlled cabin. The cost of flight ticket is added to the final cost of the puppy.
